The Farms at Bailey Station Welcomes New Team Members
As we continue our efforts to develop a truly unique, active living community in Collierville, we want to introduce you
to two consultants who are instrumental in our progress. Many have heard the saying, “You are only as good as the
people you surround yourself with,” and we feel we have hand-picked, “the best of the best” to collaborate with us on
The Farms community development. In the articles that follow, you’ll hear from two of many consultants working on
The Farms; Bob Dalhoff and R.E. and Clare Linkous.
Bob Dalhoff is co-owner of Dalhoff Thomas design/studio, a Memphis-based firm that is working with us to design
and plan The Farms at Bailey Station. Bob is well known in Collierville as one of the most influential planners for The
Town as evidenced by his long list of accomplishments (see next page). He brings tremendous passion and creativity
to his work and his footprint can be seen throughout The Farm’s community. Bob believes that in the midst of our busy
lives, there is a cultural longing for simplicity, serenity, safety and fellowship among neighbors who know and care for
one another. Bob has fostered this philosophy of easy, elegant living at The Farms and it shows in every well-planned
detail.
In 1983, R.E. and Clare Linkous founded Linkous Construction Company, Inc., a Memphis based General
Contracting firm. Linkous Construction has been named the Construction Manager for the Clubhouse and apartments
at The Farms at Bailey Station. Linkous Construction is a second-generation, family-owned business. R.E. serves as
CEO while his son Rusty Linkous serves as President. Perry Miller, son-in-law to R.E., will serve as the Senior Project
Manager for the construction of The Farms and Rusty will be the Principal in charge. We are so pleased to have the
Linkous family involved in constructing the Clubhouse and apartments. What’s even more exciting is knowing that R.E.
and Clare will be among other future residents who have chosen to call The Farms home.
